Saturday May 3^rd:  9.30am “tricks of the trade” workshop. Three Course Meal. Ben will instruct you how to create cook and beautifully present a professional style three course meal $150.00pp includes lunch

Thursday May the 8^th: 7.00pm “Fun with food” Perfect risotto, Ben will walk you through the aspects of making a perfect, light and deliciously creamy risotto every time $45pp

Thursday May 15^th 7.00pm “Fun with food” Fast easy sauces, want to make a lovely sauce at home that doesn’t take up hours in preparation, Ben will guide you through an array of easy to prepare delicious sauces. $45pp

Thursday May 29^th 7.00pm “Fun with food” One wok wonders, got a wok lying around at home? Ben will show you how to correctly season and use your wok, and make some fantastic fast Asian wok dishes along the way

Saturday 31^st May 9am “tricks of the trade” Cooking beautiful dishes with Duckling, Ben will guide you through the dos and don’ts of cooking this wonderfully tasty but temperamental game bird and show you four delicious dishes to make, and of course we get to eat them for lunch $150.00pp

Thursday 5^th June 7.00pm “Fun with food” $10 dinners, Ben will guide you through 4 great tasty dishes to feed the hungry hordes for less than $10 for a family of four. $45pp
